Great start for the PBS Football Team
Posted by andrea on Oct 07, 2011The newly formed Plastic Bottle Supplies Football Team got off to a great start this week, with a 4 – 3 win over rival team “Waste of Space” !
The PBS team has joined the FA affiliated Pitch Invasion Cannock Monday League, which plays 6-a-side football on the new all-weather pitch at Cheslyn Hay.
Team captain, James Hornby, scored the first goal, whilst Michael Sampong scored an impressive hat trick. The other team members were Mohammad Inuwa, Brett Biles, Adam Tarsa, Lee Jackson & Dave Crane.
Well done to everyone involved, and good luck for the next game on Monday 10th October, when the Plastic Bottle Supplies team play Lea Hall FC.
