Is winter on its way?
Posted by andrea on Oct 13, 2011October started with sunshine and record breaking temperatures, and a flurry of orders for 5 litre Jerry Cans from our Ice Cream customers ! Just 2 weeks on, and forecasters are warning of freezing temperatures and snow by the end of the month !
Like many companies, PBS ordered anti freeze, grit and salt this week, to ensure the factory is prepared for whatever mother nature has in store over the coming weeks – could temperatures as low as -20C really be on the way ?
PBS production of key winter products is in full swing, with 500ml & 1 litre Round Bottles and 5 litre Jerry Cans in production 24/7 at present. The 1 litre Rectangular Bottle is scheduled to run again early next week, along with Trigger Flasks and the rest of the Jerry Can family.
Perhaps it is time for us all to check our winter requirements, just in case !
