4 litre Handled Container

This new 4 litre handled container with its “easy pour” side handle provides a stylish alternative to the traditional 5 litre Jerry Can.  The convenient 4 litre capacity offers increased flexibility when matching essential price points. 38mm neck with 3 neck options. 2 litre & 2.5 litre Jerry Cans

These two new 2 litre & 2.5 litre Jerry Cans compliment the existing 5 litre & 1 litre Jerry Cans already manufactured by PBS. 38mm neck with 2 neck options – tamper evident or CRC option. Available from stock in Natural & White HDPE. Tactile warning triangle on end panel as standard.

1 litre Swirl Bottle with Snap on Neck

The popular 1 litre Swirl Bottle is now available with a Snap On (non-removable) Neck option, compatible with TS2/TS3 Triggers, and is ideally suited to medium & high speed capping lines. PBS now offer this bottle with 4 different neck options – a 28mm 410 Screw Neck, a 28mm 409 Screw Neck with Anti-Back Off feature and a 38mm Screw Neck, and the new Snap On Neck option.

New Neck for 1 litre Rectangular Bottle

The neck on the 1 litre Rectangular Bottle has been changed, following customer requests.  The new 38mm neck takes an inline tamper evident screw cap, and is the same neck as on the PBS Jerry Can Range. The 1 litre rectangular bottle is available from stock in natural, and can also be manufactured in other colours subject to minimum order quantities of 12,000 bottles.

Trigger Range with Snap on Neck

All 3 trigger flasks – 500ml, 750ml & 1 ltr – are now available with a Snap On (non-removable) Neck, compatible with TS2 /TS3 Triggers. PBS continue to manufacture the Trigger Flask Range with the 28mm Screw Neck with Anti Back-Off feature in addition to the new Snap On Neck.

125ml Grip Bottle

This stylish 125ml bottle has a 28mm PCO neck, and is ergonomically designed with finger grips to fit comfortably in the hand. Its handy size makes it perfect for sports, lunch boxes and hand bags !  Has been produced to order in a variety of colours, subject to minimum order quantities.

Coloured Bottles

The 1 litre Trigger Flask in green, yellow & red provide an eye catching packaging solution. Coloured bottles enhance a product and give a more distinctive look, and are ideal to colour code products by range. PBS can manufacture the majority of their bottles in a range of standard or Pantone colours, subject to minimum order quantities.
