Plastic Bottle Supplies manufacture a wide range of bottles and containers, with capacities ranging from 30 ml to 5 litres. Currently, they specialise in HDPE, and have extensive knowledge and experience in manufacturing HDPE bottles, but also have the capacity to run other materials.

The 55,000+ sq ft production and warehousing facility, houses a wide range of modern multi-cavity blow moulding machines, 3 warehouses and a fully equipped specialist tool room. Quality Control
Plastic Bottle Supplies operates a rigorous quality control system. Regular random checks are made on every product as part of a planned quality assurance programme. All results are monitored and recorded.

Traceability
To allow our customers to comply with their own full traceability procedures, Plastic Bottle Supplies operates a stringent traceability system.

Each pallet is issued with a 3 part pallet ticket, showing a unique pallet reference number, batch reference and QC details. A copy of the pallet ticket is held by quality control and a copy is kept with despatch records, so Plastic Bottle Supplies knows batch details of every product on every consignment. A copy of the pallet ticket also travels on each pallet, providing our customers with batch, quality and pallet reference number details at all times.

Leak Testing
All production lines are fitted with automatic leak testing equipment.

Check Weighing
As part of an ongoing quality development programme, Plastic Bottle Supplies has introduced 100% in-line bottle check weighing. A number of lines are now fully commissioned, with plans to install the system on all lines shortly.
